GP I/O CPU speed select

This is definitely possible right now with a script. I'm not sure adding a toggle option in the menu would be a good idea. It would force the user to use a specific output IO on the XBlast Lite rather than give the flexibility of using any output IO with the script engine. Still, I guess I could make a compile switch that allows you to compile an image file with the option in the menu. Any user wanting this menu entry could fetch the source code and build an image themselves with the option enabled.

I already have something similar for a 1.4 board I modded with a 512KB TSOP (split in half using XBlast Lite).Normally, Split TSOP options wouldn't show on 1.4 boards but compiling XBlast OS with the switch "CUSTOM_TSOP" enables split TSOP options regardless of the motherboard revision detected.
