min fan speed setting adjustment and auto fanspeed control

I have a xbox with a high flow 80mm fan and at 10% it really screams and is annoyingly loud could it be lowered to 2%, I can see our logic for not allowing this setting to go under 10%

It would be nice to alter this ( I guess a warning could show to those that go below 10%)

Could auto fan speed control be implemented I guess it is not really worth the effort now but it would help it to be silent when copying stuff to the hdd once the fatx write support is all go.

I could add a toggle option to override Fan speed settings limits and allow lower than 10% speeds.
