display flicker when changing menu items

I know you are probally well aware of this it is almost like a light gun ray capture effect on an old crt tv

    Yeah, this isn't a bug. It's just that the whole screen is refreshed when a UI change is detected instead of just the relevant section of the screen. And because RAM is slowed a bit in XBlast OS, you do see the blanking and redraw.

    I plan on reworking the UI refresh routine down the road but not right now.
