Would it be possible to allow eeprom hdd lock key reading from a networked connected console running the xbe version of XblastOS?

This would require extensive network sync code to pull it off. I'm not sure it's that important of a feature to be honest.

it would be very handy in upgrading a softmodded consoles hdd as you can just load XblastOS on each console and update the hdd lock on a remote hard modded console, you would not need a computer involved to ftp in copy the hdd key off then up load it to the new console.

Some users are not very skilled when it comes to ftp and networking if it would just work with little configuration and hardware it would save headaches for those users.

This feature would become very handy in future if console to console ftp for transferring content also after a hdd upgrade a file manager and ftp it could be a one click solution to hdd upgrade and automatic data transfer.

Then I'll leave this on hold. If it is to be implemented, there is a lot to design and plan to make this work seamlessly.
