Former user created an issue 2017-01-20

I have to manually "Refresh Data" in our dashboard multiple times daily though the Sales Dashboards for TV plugin is active, set to refresh data every 30 minutes

Does this happen all the time or randomly around the day?

Do you have the same problem if you refresh the dashboard more often (could your login session have been expired)?
