Hi there,

I recently installed the app and the extension isn't running (i.e. the google chrome extension icon is white/gray and nothing is in full-screen mode or refreshing.

The app is only enabled when you are viewing a dashboard in Salesforce:
- what the URL of your dashboard?
- what theme are you using?
- what browser are you using?
