Can't enable the extension on startup

I have a shortcut for Chrome to open and immediately navigate to a Salesforce dashboard. However when i do this it is not starting the extension as well and i need to click to enable it. Not a huge issue, but i am hoping to display this on a monitor in my office and would like for this to work automatically in case the PC is rebooted for some reason.
