Lightning Dashboards time out/sign out...

Hello,

We are using your plugin for our Sales team office, it seems to work fine in Classic. But in Lightning, the session seems to time out after a couple of hours, which leads us to log back into Salesforce again.. Is this a known issue? Or are there a security settings that we need to check in our Salesforce org?
