Scrolling stops at bottom of Salesforce Dashboard

WE are using this product on multiple screens and after the update this morning the scrolling stops at the end of the dashboard. It used to refresh and start from the beginning.

Absolutely love this product and hoped that someone could help.
We have uninstalled and reinstalled. We have also change the speed/refresh time. Neither fixed the issue.
