here are the MIT STAR Lab additions to the magao branch to date.
Notes: - adds several VisAO bands - add functionality for calculating contrast using ghost peak ratios from MagAO white paper (MAOP-710: VisAO Photometric Calibrations) if preprocessing has measured ghost peak spot brightness - WCS functionality not well tested - pre-processing code and clio additions still in progress

updated magao pyklip and ini to include ghstpeak
merged with amherst branch
remove extraneous exthdr variable not used
adding ghstpeak_ratio values
simplify number of headers returned
remove print from gpi and restore blank line to gpi
