I noticed that PybTeX has received quite a number of improvements over the course of the last two years, and it was to my very surprise that there was no release since March 2012. This makes it hard for users to actually profit from the advances, especially on environments that only allow for released software (e.g., readthedocs.org).

I'd hence like to motivate the maintainers to adopt a more immediate release schedule and to unleash 0.17 in the near future.
