New release (0.23.0) breaks Python2 compatibility due to f-strings

Issue #138 resolved
Former user created an issue

The newest release (0.23.0) breaks python2 compatibility due to the usage of f-strings, e.g. in line 123 in "database/init.py". Was this intended? If yes, then please report this in the changelog. Thanks!

For the record making a note that this is fixed on git. I’ve closed a duplicate of this, but I guess it’s better to keep this open until the next release is out?
