"tests" folder is installed into site packages after pip install

After pip installing pybtex, its “tests” folder shows up in the site-packages folder (see attached screenshot).

This is causing bugs in the tests of a downstream package that uses pybtex (it is finding the wrong “tests” folder).

While we can find a workaround for the downstream package, I don’t think pip needs to install pybtex’s tests folder at all?
