add a warning if a database entry is missing

Former user created an issue

When a database entry is missing in the bib file, bibtex displays a warning like this: Warning--I didn't find a database entry for "some-missing-entry" It would be nice if pybtex could do the same, instead of exiting wth a KeyError.
