Former user created an issue 2013-05-30

pybtex (both 0.16 and trunk r842) error out in files using IEEEtran.bst See http://mirrors.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/IEEEtran/bibtex/IEEEtran.bst

Apparently it gets stuck in a line with a single comment mark "%" saying syntax error and BST command expected.
