\@input and "found no \bibdata command"

A project has several \include commands before \bibliography. Pybtex says "found no \bibdata command" after parsing first of included aux files.

Steps to reproduce: 1) unpack the attached archive 2) run "pybtex mywork"

Expected result: pybtex finds the \bibdata command. Actual result: pybtex can't find the \bibdata command.
