Recognize `\textbf`, `\textit`, etc. in a bib file

It seems that currently \textbf, \textit and other simple commands are not recognized in bib files. It would be great if they can be supported. Or, if not supported, at least removing these commands for html and other markup output.

It is definitely planned to implement some day but there is no specific time frame. Feel free to send a pull request. :)
