handle wrong rdb/cdb content (overwritten field structures)

In 10/2013 the prescription in the job 147/300 position 8 picnr 1101 has errors in the CDB-file.

That seems to happen in the old software if someone corrects the field content and entered more charcters than the field length (for instance if a keyboard key hangs). Mostly the old software dies, but in very cases only some ther field contents and their field names is overwritten in the internal data structure of the prescription.

I can't change this in the old software so we have to handle this problem in pydica.

Due to privacy I can't upload the CDB/RDB-file here - but I archived it and can give access to it if we work on this ticket.
