tiffany is so far quite good. After some hack, no more complaints

moved import_mapper into tiff_reader. This will become a local patch, not a global one, because I want to make this stuff very local to Tiffany in the end

tiff multi-page read and write with PIL. This was very hard, due to limitations and bugs in PIL. Works, see demo file (5 times with reversed pages) Finishing the form display tomorrow at home.

added comment about circular import problems. The current solution works but is not final. To be changed (much) later

PIL hack is enforced. No more temp files. Importer is activated. Basic painting works. I'm tired .-)

with a lot of work, I got PIL with G4 to run on OS X. Need lib tiff. I installed this with "homebrew", _very_ nice tool.
