Fixes bug in pygame.draw.line where the wrong rectangle was returned for a line with width > 1 and the end point y value less than the start point y value. Identified by Aaron Brady on mailing list, 10/10/09.

Made all unimplemented tests use todo_test_xxxx naming and updated the __doc__'s. Run's only implemented tests by default.

made trunk/test a package, added in python2.5 version of unittest as test.unittest.

removed command line options for individual test_modules, use run_tests.py module --flags to run individual module with options ( fail incomplete etc ). Less conflict with unittest command line parser.

Added a redirect stderr/stdout mode to test runner. Only output unittest results and not test noise
