Made all unimplemented tests use todo_test_xxxx naming and updated the __doc__'s. Run's only implemented tests by default.

made trunk/test a package, added in python2.5 version of unittest as test.unittest.

removed command line options for individual test_modules, use run_tests.py module --flags to run individual module with options ( fail incomplete etc ). Less conflict with unittest command line parser.

Added a redirect stderr/stdout mode to test runner. Only output unittest results and not test noise

Adding a pygame.mask.from_surface function but it's not working. it's segfaulting and gdb doesn't give me love.

Added a test for fonts. Where it should make a one pixel big font for the empty string. Also added a pygame.quit() at the end of a display test to avoid a segfault.
