made trunk/test a package, added in python2.5 version of unittest as test.unittest.

Bugfix and test for transform.threshold, updated docs (thanks Nirav), added basic tagging to run_tests.py/test_runner.py.

removed command line options for individual test_modules, use run_tests.py module --flags to run individual module with options ( fail incomplete etc ). Less conflict with unittest command line parser.

Added a redirect stderr/stdout mode to test runner. Only output unittest results and not test noise

Modified run_tests_sub.py to use Popen, looking for taskkill and pskill on system in place of os.kill if on win32. Made image__save_gl_surface_test.py init() and quit() display.

Restructured image__save_gl_surface_test.py so the Segmentation Fault doesn't crash run_tests.py. Now raises Exception("Segmentation Fault")
