Segfault on surface.get_bounding_rect()

I keep getting a strange segfault using the surface.get_bounding_rect() method.

I'm attaching a test case for it. It reliably produces a segmentation fault on my system: Windows 7 x64 Python 2.7.5 x64 (from SDL and SDL

Also tried: Python 2.7.5 32bit pygame 1.9.1-py2.7 SDL and SDL

    I can reproduce the segfault on Windows XP x32, with Python 2.7.5 and Python 3.3.2. The bug is specific to an 8 bits-per-pixel color palette surface, returned from render() when antialiasing is False. I will try debugging this in Linux first.
