Issue #85 resolved

OAuth authorise: Not Found (HTTPS must be used to access this URL)

Alex Clark
created an issue

I'm trying to test PyPI's OAuth support with this code: https://gist.github.com/r1chardj0n3s/0d46c48b230e61e18479

But getting:

REGISTERING spam 3.3.1
Not Found (HTTPS must be used to access this URL)

Did we lose OAuth support somewhere along the way?

This is probably due to the load balancer unwrapping https. PyPI insists that the requests come in through https, but they actually don't. On the non-https site, the oauth URLs are not configured (or are configured to give this error message).

the deploy to PyPI apparently didn't convince all the uwsgi workers to reload.

pypi has been bounced and the X-Forwarded-For is being validated.
