Compile with -Werror in cpyext tests. Callers may build with -Werror and should not succeed with CPython but fail with cpyext. This forces us to have the same API -- in particular, to use the same pointer types and perform the same casts. See, for example, the change to the API in ndarrayobject.py.

seems it's wrong to share deldictvalue, for somewhat involved reasons: there are classes that manage their own dict, and overwrite getdictvalue, setdictvalue, expecting to use the default implementation of deldictvalue. if you make a subclass of such a class, the shared mapdict base implementation would do the wrong thing.

I'm really often hitting this issue where I get AttributeError: install_layout in __getattr__(). I think it might be caused by some Debian-ism but I'm not sure what is going on, because I keep getting it on a fresh install of the official pypy's. I usually fix it with this "except AttributeError", which I'm now checking in.
