fire giants task [stuck at grand exchange tree]

I tried botting overnight, and I woke up gaining very minimum (2-3 tasks) My account was trying to use the tree. It wa stuck in the selection screen almost all night. I took it off the spot when I woke up. It teleported to Karamja and tried to go to the brimhaven dungeon w/o axe or gp. I teled out for the bot, and it just ran right back w/o gp or axe.
