Double use of teleports

In a few cases, the bot will teleport using either a tablet, or an amulet, and because of the inherent delay caused by the game, the bot will assume it's action has not gone through and will repeat it, during this repeat process the original action will occur, and as a result the bot will end up using two charges or tablets attempting to teleport somewhere.
