Crashes when trying to save a profile or preset.

I am new to this bot but not pleasantly greeted sadly. like the title says it crashes when trying to set it up and it has also charged me for the three times I tried to set it up. The profile I make also gets deleted during the crash. As no one else is experiencing this I guess that they already have their profiles all set up and dont have to make a new one. I would like to try your bot but this is very discouraging and I'm not going to sink more money into trying different things and just get crash after crash. Hopefully you can help!
