Magic wont work

For some reason any task that I use Magic > Earth Blast for stops as soon as I enter the dungeon. My character will just stand at the dungeons entrance and do nothing, if I switch to melee it's fine.

So far has happened in Hellhounds and Lesser demons from Vannaka.
