Change name to Cities

I think Cities would be a better name for this project, it's the English plural for City. Currently in the process of fixing all of the broken English and thought we should change the name to Cities. Would that be alright with you?

Mmm i prefere City :p, If more people want to change ok, but I like city ;)

I'll ask around on my server and some other places if City or Cities sounds better for the plugin name. I'll get back to you.
