Special helicopter mode

The mod automatically recognizes it when the player sits in a helicopter and then provides special locations (and only those) like helipads and wide enough open areas which can be used for heli take off and landing. Having those spots could also be used outside the taxi service. Pressing ctrl+B provides this blip map while sitting in a heli and so it's no problem anymore to land it exactly on a helipad.
