Undertaker and vehicle still freeze after job at some conditions

Issue #18 resolved
Rainer Hilmer repo owner created an issue

It happens when the game is glitched through other things along with frozen police officers from LCPDFR and frozen tow truck workers.

    I'll create a timeout. If the time is over the undertaker and his vehicle will simply be deleted.
