Delete the undertaker and his vehicle immediately on dismiss.

But make it optional (<DeleteOnDismiss> tag in the config).

    Maybe this is resolved automatically after issue #20 has been resolved. Usually when I dismiss the undertaker it's because he is spawned at a location where he can't get out. It's a place off screen and/or farther and then he is deleted anyways.
