New column for QA verification

On Tomo, therapists are required to verify that Physics, electronics, etc. QA is completed prior to completing the therapy portion (oxygen, suctioning, camera, intercom, and restriction binder). Perhaps the "Last QA Status" column should be adjusted to "Current QA status". The QA status of the previous day is of limited use, and may be confusing if a therapist is strictly relying on this column to verify the completion of the day's QA by other disciplines.

This new column would allow for efficient therapist verification of completed QA by other disciplines.

The therapists should verify that the due-date's are all green (and check that the Last Performed date is today.)
