Long test descriptions cannot be seen in the box

Former user created an issue

Click on the Inner Maze Timeout test name (Synergy Safety Doorless U22). The description is long and is cut off. The scroll buttons do not work.

    Changed the textarea to a <div><pre> which allows for html tags and doesn't truncate long texts.
