CTSim phantom limits are different than current ones

Have the limits changed for the entries? For example I entered the Teflon entry for the Body Phantom as 870. QATrack+ shows -50 is ok. The current excel spreadsheet limit is 920 +/- 40 so 870 is out of tolerance. The 2 systems are different.
