Work Started / Work Completed Dates

entered in data for Sept 7 and tried to enter in work completed date as Sept 7. S/w would no submit data, got the following error "Work started ::Enter a valid date/time." eventually got a server error

I entered the new / revised date using the calendar fn provided. With care taken to type in the data using the correct format I could get it to submit but the calendar gui should give a date in the correct format.

At a minimum the form validation error should show the correct format.

Time (19:30) is now added by default when date is selected. Correct format is also shown when incorrect format submitted.
