Submitting requires value to be cleared if skipped

But if you select a value and then realize you should have checked skip instead there is no way to unselect the value entered. So for example for a boolean test you click "yes" but then realize that you should have skipped this test so you check skip and add the required comment. When you submit (save) an error msg is presented stating that the value must be cleared if skipped. However there is no way to clear the value. Selecting "yes" again should clear it but it does not and you are forced to enter an invalid result in order to save.

Fixed in dev. Radio boxes now auto-deselect when skipping.

The radio boxes are no longer cleared when skipping so this needs to be fixed again.
