Reorganize columns in Perform task

"Name" and "Value" (Where values entered) are quite far apart, particularly if browser window is maximized. It can be difficult to trace entry box line back to see the description of what value is being entered. Suggest swapping out the Category column (to first column?) so that Name and Value columns are side-by-side.
