I agree that after saving it should redirect you to the previously filtered list, but in the mean time, on the right hand side of that page are filters that you can use to filter by unit and test category!

this is cumbersome because if you are setting references for many tests you have to filter and scroll within the test list. a workaround i have found is to use save and continue editing and then when the save is complete use the back key to get to the previously filtered list scrolled to the current location.
