test list change not reflected in references

created a test list then went back and revised it (replace Cross wire test - Elekta with cross hair test - Siemens). The references list was not correctly updated. The cross wire test still shows up in the u4 references list but the cross hair test does not.

Breaking it down into two parts:

1) The cross wire test still shows up in the u4 references list. This is a feature not a bug ;) The code will not automatically delete that Unit-Test-Info object as it still may be in use by other test lists. We can consider whether having the code automatically try to "garbage collect" these UnitTestInfo objects if the test is no longer assigned to any units.

2) The cross hair test did actually show up :)
