Support multiple folders

I have a workspace which includes multiple folders, each with its own git repo.

This extension seems to picks the first project.

Perhaps add an option to select which project to create pull-request from, or try to detect based on current open file in editor or similar?

Good idea! I think for now I'll go with the "detect based on the current open file in editor" idea you had in the spirit of keeping things simpler. Next release will include this.
