Notes

[#01]: The player will crash and restart shortly after a BSTicker is added to the display.

[#02]: The rotation of roHtmlWidget.SetTransform() does not work as expected.

[#03]: Videos will freeze the roHtmlWidget when not intialized via initialization properties.

[#04]: HDMI input (Live TV) does not display.

[#05]: Will not load cached content when booting up without an internet connection. (This may still affect firmwares greater than 8.0, but we have a workaround and stopped checking this.)

[#06]: Uses too much memory on XD models; may trigger REACH's watchdog and restart when playing YouTube videos. SIG-253

[#07]: The global BrightScript function copyFile() fails when attempting to overwrite an existing file. This causes our Autorun update packages to fail.

[#08]: Series 4 XT models are known to crash after 15 minutes or so. It is unknown what causes the crash. XD models are not affected and Series 3 models were not tested.

[#09]: Not supported by Autorun Content v2.2 or later. Autorun Content v2.2 will show an error message stating BrightSign firmware 7.0.60 or newer must be used.

[#10]: With BOS 8.2 and later (Chromium69 and later), several new CORS checks were added. Those checks cannot be disabled using the old security parameters. They can be disabled via a registry setting, however that setting is only supported in BOS 8.3.46 and later. Autorun Content 2.4 contains the code to disable the new CORS checks. Upgrade to Autorun Content 2.4 or later and BOS 8.3.46 or later to fix CORS issues introduced in BOS 8.2.
