Thanks, there is a problem with these files, they are encoded into ANSI format. Seems like your text editor changed the encoding of the file. Could you encode them into UTF-8? If you use Notepad++ this is done using menu Encoding - Convert to UTF-8.

Btw, I've just uploaded the update for all game UI files: basemodui, closecaption, gameui, ReactiveDrop. You will need to download the repository again in order to get the updated versions.
