[Update v1.2] Shorten some sentences and adjust word to suitable with vietnamese ppl.

I translated almost word in game's files. I think I translate extractly and easy to understand with Vietnamese people. I check it carefully, and its work almost well. But, still have bug. Some weapon not show Description in my language although I translated it. Extractly is:

GUNS:

• 50cal. Translated in Line 2292: "rd_wdesc_50calmg" into file reactivedrop_vietnamese.txt
• Sniper Rifle AVK-36: Translated in Line 1260: "asw_wdesc_sniper_rifle", in same file.

Items:

• Normal armor I3A. Translated in Line 1260: "asw_wdesc_sniper_rifle".
• Electric Armor V45. Translated in Line 1277: "asw_wdesc_electrified_armor".
• Power Fist. Translated in Line 1279.
• Blink Pack. Translated in Line 1280.

But I think, it is not important to fix it. I really think that! Dont need fix. People still can read it in English. Sometime, fix it will meet some new bug.

So, I hope you can make it as an update as soon as you can. I and so much friend are waiting for your update in tonight.****

Update:

Adjust contain of 2 file for more extractly:

• closecaption_vietnamese.txt
• store_vietnam.txt

Add file:

• Add file closecaption_vietnamese.dat to show vietnamese Subtile

I feel so tired after serveral day translate and check bug. I still not translate some sentence in Closecaption_vietnamese.txt - but, its just some sentence in thousand line I translated.

If you have a minute take a look at rich_presence folder and make translation for Vietnamese in the file.

We currently don’t use all of the lines you see in English. See Russian or Ukrainian translation as an example of what lines do we currently use.
