description with non-ascii char didn't work

Using àèìòù etc... into the description field causes the project summary page not to render correctly.

    Description field is displayed only with = gitweb. With version 2.0.0 those char are escaped using unicode placeholder, they are not displayed correctly, but didn't break the page layout (and may be fixed using the workaround posted above).
