Parameter possibly passing to Library object incorrectly

Issue #108 resolved

The following project link has 2 alignments that can be used to demonstrate how library objects are rendered with varying roadway geometry:

https://openbrim.appspot.com/objidbbpiuq7ps98uxw284rwtrhf0nq.stark

When the Alignment is set to "BL119 S-N", the two piers appear to be rendered correctly. Pier 1 has a shorter column than Pier 2, and the tops of the piers are following the grade in the alignment. However when the Alignment parameter is set to "Straight", the column for Pier 2 appears to be the same height as Pier 1. The vertical profile is level, so the tops of the piers are also level, but the top of the Pier 2 column is well below the bottom of the pier cap. The footings and bottom of the column appear to be at the proper elevations. When using the Object Explorer, the column elevations for both Pier 1 and 2 appear to be the correct values, yet the Pier 2 column is drawn too short and with a gap between it and the pier cap.
