reporter It is only occurring on my home computer in Chrome. It is not occurring on my laptop. Both systems have Chrome Version 44.0.2403.125 m, and are up to date. CTRL+F5 does nothing, and on the Console tab I get the following:
Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user's experience. For more help, check http://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/.

Is this still an issue? -- sometimes a good restart helps :-)
-
reporter Restarted completely and still have the issue, but only on my home computer.
-
reporter It does work properly on my home computer in Internet Explorer version 11, just not Chrome.

Assuming you have a 64bit system (most systems are), Can you upgrade to 64 bit Chrome?
https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/beta.html
64bit Chrome would also alleviate problems associated with opening full detailed models -- the app needs large amount of memory for detailed full models and 32bit browsers have a limit of about 1.4GB memory.
-
reporter The 64-bit Chrome Beta browser was installed, and it did not fix the problem.

On my computer, I have this problem with Internet Explorer 11, but it works fine with Internet Explorer Edge (Windows 10 version). Will look into this.

- changed status to resolved
I will close this issue for now, we will investigate if we run into it again.

I can't generate the problem at my end -- which browser are you using? have yo tried CTRL+F5? If you hit F12 and look at Console tab, do you see any errors there?
