CADDFrom3D dimensioning issue

When creating a CADDFrom3D view, dimensions not in the plane of the selected view are being displayed. I believe the intention is for only dimensions that can be seen fully within a viewing plane be shown.

Use the object called BrIMCrossFrameKmb in my library. Look at the Plan View.

As of v3.151129, there are more checks to ensure that only those dimensions that are clearly visible to be shown in the view.
