Holes from Circle objects not displaying correctly

Issue #150 resolved
Mike Bartholomew created an issue

In the following file (and any other one referencing library object CrossFrameTypeKTop) the bolt holes in the gusset plates are being drawn much larger than they should be.

I was cleaning up the code in the Bolted Gusset Test in my library. I wanted to see the effects of defining bolt holes (Circle objects) with more refinement. Several issues turned up. When increasing the number of segments to 24 or more, the CrossFrameTypeKTop library, which references Bolted Gusset Test, showed the holes, but they were solid circles, not cutouts. In the project file, the cross frame gusset plate holes appear much larger than they are intended to - so large that they overlapped each other. It appears that the holes are created with a diameter of about 5", instead of 13/16" as they should be. Changing the bolt size within the project does not change the hole diameter. The only thing I can think of that changed any of the library objects was in Bolted Gusset Test. I consolidated the Repeat object so that the parameters were all in the Repeat object line.
